What a great stay! The hotel is perfectly located downtown with easy access to restaurants and bustling areas. The rooms were cozy with a sofa bed, and the bed and pillows were super comfy. The service from the SpringHill reception desk was outstanding, offering dry cleaning and a nice welcome drink. However, the proximity to a homeless camp was a bit of a downer.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown Louisville with easy access to great restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was outstanding. However, the dining experience was lacking some gourmet food options, and the lack of bottled water in the rooms was a small inconvenience. The hotel offers great value for money considering its prime downtown location.
